Submit your agency details via the Contact page. We review all applications to maintain quality across the network and typically respond within one business day. Once approved, onboarding can begin immediately.
Most agents are fully set up and creating their first itinerary within 48 hours of approval. Onboarding includes a 60-minute guided walkthrough, white-label setup if applicable, and access to our full training resource library.
Suppliers & Bookings
Initerary maintains direct relationships with vetted hotels, DMCs, and tour operators across a growing global network. As an agent, you access live availability and net rates directly through the platform — no middlemen, no phone calls. Confirmations are issued in real time.
All commissions are tracked automatically in your dashboard. Payments are consolidated monthly and transferred directly to your nominated account. You can view real-time commission reports at any time, broken down by booking, supplier, and client.
Yes. You can add private supplier contacts and rate cards to your account. These are visible only to your agency and can be included in itineraries alongside Initerary's own supplier catalogue.
White-Label & Branding
White-label allows you to deploy Initerary's full platform under your own brand — your logo, colours, typography, and custom domain. Your clients will interact with a fully branded experience. Setup is handled by our team and typically takes less than 24 hours.
